Our team will generate a full refund to our customer if the cancellation takes place at least 10 days prior to the booking date.
If the visitor cancels a booked room around 5 days from the actual schedule, a 50% refund will be generated.
We cannot proceed with cancellation in case we get informed about it around 2 days from the date. No refund will be generated in that case.
Visitors can collect the cancellation receipt from the reception to keep.
